The Redondo Wine Museum, open to the public in September 2001, was designed as a starting point for discovering the Alentejo and its winemaking tradition.

The museum’s permanent estate, part agricultural tools, objects, images and text associated with the art of wine making, favoring the ceramic material, characteristic of this production center of ceramic that is included.

All this estate is arranged to reproduce the various stages of the winemaking activity, since the land tillage to the cup. In addition to the permanent estate, this museum can be visited thematic exhibitions and conferences alluding to the theme.

At the site, visitors can see the multimedia kiosk that allows you to get information about the museum, the producing area wineries and various activities related to viticulture.

This space works simultaneously with the tourist office in the region and also has a shop where they can acquired a selection of the best red and white wines, the best vintages of Alentejo Region.
